An approved sample is an important milestone in an OEM project. Production preparation still requires clear agreement on the formula, packaging, quality requirements and delivery scope. A structured handover gives the brand and ACC Biotech a shared reference for exactly what the first commercial batch is intended to deliver.
Keep the approved amounts per serving, ingredient names and supply specifications together with a version and date. Review any difference between sampling materials and production inputs before proceeding. US master-manufacturing-record requirements illustrate the connection between ingredients, quantities and production controls. The actual documentation for your project should be agreed against its process and destination-market requirements.
Physical packaging approval and artwork review are separate but connected decisions. Agree pack count, bottle or sachet dimensions, opening method and coding locations. Check ingredient and serving information against the formula. Identify the exact artwork file released for printing, so an earlier mock-up or sampling label is not mistaken for the approved production version.

List the required tests, reports and other documents before production, including whether they concern inputs or finished-product batches. Sensory approval of a sample is distinct from the commercial batch’s quality requirements. Raise export or retailer documentation needs early. Specify document names, issuing parties and scope so the delivery can be checked against a clear record.
Discuss delivery against the approved formula, material availability, packaging arrival, production and testing plan. Separate the desired launch date from a confirmed delivery commitment, and record unresolved dependencies. After the first batch, review inventory and sales information before planning replenishment. A first-order quantity alone does not establish the lead time or scope of every subsequent order.
Yes. Share the destination market, audience, product idea, format preference and target timing. The team can then discuss the next steps for ingredient assessment, sampling and specification approval.
Contact ACC Biotech with your target market, ingredient direction, proposed serving or open questions, format, packaging and budget scope. We can discuss supplement OEM/ODM and ingredient sourcing. Available specifications, minimum quantities, documentation and delivery timing are confirmed for the individual project.
