Supplement packaging contributes to both brand presentation and product protection. Start with the ingredient characteristics, use pattern, sales channel and logistics environment, then compare bottles, sachets or blister options. Sharing these requirements with ACC Biotech early helps packaging assessment keep pace with the formula rather than becoming a late design change.
Different ingredients may be sensitive to moisture, oxygen or light. Review supplier storage information and the requirements of the finished formula. A generic material name such as foil pouch or dark bottle does not settle suitability: seals, closures, liners and use conditions also matter. Assess the proposed packaging as a complete system around the actual product.
For bottles, define the unit count, daily serving and expected period of use after opening. Select any drying measures or seals according to the assessed need. Discuss headspace, handling and distribution conditions alongside presentation. If a first order uses a standard available bottle, confirm its dimensions before artwork approval so the label and physical pack remain compatible.

For a sachet, align the material structure and seal with the formula and filling process. Define net weight, opening method, print area and the outer shipping pack. Allow sufficient room for preparation instructions if the product is mixed with water. A mock-up photograph supports presentation decisions, but does not establish seal performance or the storage protection of the production material.
Include material selection, physical approval, label review, printing and delivery in the launch plan. Keep the packaging version connected with the formula and test plan, and agree where batch and date codes will be applied. US packaging-procedure requirements provide one quality-documentation example, rather than a universal rule. Itemize the packaging quantities and documentation scope in the quotation.
Compare the alternatives against protection, process and labelling needs. Review whether existing storage evidence remains applicable before substituting a visually similar but materially different pack.
