Compare supplement quotations on the same serving, order quantity and delivery basis, including packaging, testing, yield assumptions and freight.
Two quotations priced per bottle may cover 30 and 60 capsules, different fill weights or different serving configurations. Fix the formula revision, specification, servings per bottle and order quantity before comparing unit costs.
Label the worksheet with the product and packaging revisions, currency, tax basis, validity and delivery destination. Leave an unresolved condition visibly open rather than filling the gap with an undocumented assumption.
Illustration: 30 grams of an ingredient per bottle at 200 currency units per kilogram gives 30 ÷ 1,000 × 200 = 6 units before losses. This is an arithmetic example, not an ACC quotation, and excludes other ingredients and manufacturing costs.
Check the actual specification if a price covers a blend or diluted material. Document sampling, losses and yield assumptions separately, with a confirmed basis, so the same allowance is not counted twice.

Ask which bottle, closure, seal, label, carton, case-packing and processing items are included. Show artwork setup, sampling or one-off testing separately from per-bottle charges. State the order quantity used when allocating a fixed cost.
Testing packages may cover different samples, parameters or frequencies. Compare their scope as well as their price, and have relevant personnel confirm that the proposed scope supports the agreed quality requirements.
List freight, insurance, clearance and applicable destination charges separately, with responsibility and estimate validity. Retain both the factory-cost view and the cost delivered to a named destination.
Mark each item included, excluded or pending confirmation. A lower unit cost may create more inventory, so consider expected demand, cash and replenishment arrangements together. This is a comparison method, not a quotation or a promise of margin.
