One Supplement, Several Markets: Keeping Document Versions Aligned

Link each market, SKU, formula and artwork revision so an export discussion uses the correct product documents.

1. Create a product row for each market

List the market, SKU, formula revision, packaging revision, pack count and owner. A shared brand name should not hide several market variants inside an undifferentiated folder.

Identify the exact revision when formulas are shared and record differences when they are not. A market name is an index, not proof of product identity or permission to sell.

2. Mark shared and market-specific documents

Check the material, batch and scope before applying ingredient, analytical or manufacturing documents to several proposals. A filename containing “general” does not establish applicability.

Link translations to their source revisions with translation, review and update dates. When the source changes, identify the language versions affected so customers do not receive conflicting product figures.

3. Preserve unresolved handover items

Record missing documents, questions for appropriate market reviewers, owners and next actions. Having collected the files is different from having completed the relevant market review.

Identify the revisions and intended purpose when sending a document package. Retain a change record for later additions or replacements, making it clear which set each partner holds.

4. Use one pre-delivery checklist

Bring the SKU, batch, artwork revision, packing information and delivery documents into a common list for role-appropriate checks. Investigate inconsistencies without verbally overwriting an older record.

This is a document-collaboration method, not a list of legally required export files or a market-access assurance. The FDA guide is US background only; assess destination requirements separately for the actual product.
