A US survey offers a prompt to review clear labels, test-report scope and the evidence behind customer-facing answers.
On 7 October 2026, CRN released a US adult survey commissioned from Morning Consult. It reported that 76% said a requirement to list supplement products with FDA would increase confidence at least somewhat. This measures attitudes to a proposed policy, not product approval or enacted law.
The commissioning body is an industry association. These results are not an independent assessment of any particular brand and should not be treated as Hong Kong consumer data.
Our practical suggestion is to check that the product page, pack and customer-service sheet use the same approved formula revision. Serving content, servings per pack and directions become confusing when they come from different versions.
Create a cross-reference listing each public statement, its source document, revision date and internal owner. Content teams should be able to trace a number rather than update copy from an isolated screenshot.

When presenting a report, identify its sample, batch, tested parameters, date and scope. Do not imply that an unlisted parameter was verified. A document’s existence alone does not explain its relevance.
Turn frequent enquiries into brief answers: is this amount per capsule or per serving, and which version does the report cover? Retain the supporting reference and review date with each answer.
A proposed listing policy, facility information and finished-product testing are different evidence types. Referencing the survey does not imply FDA endorsement of ACC or a product.
Attach proposed statements and supporting documents to the OEM brief. Relevant technical, quality and market reviewers can check them before the website and label are updated together.
