You can start an AKK OEM discussion before the formula is final. Bring a defined market, audience, product concept and commercial scope.
A useful opening is: which adult audience, market and channel is this AKK product for? That provides more development context than a request for the price of a bottle alone.
If an existing range is involved, explain the new product’s role, such as extending a gut-nutrition line or creating a clearly themed daily product. Final positioning language still needs to match the evidence.
Separate settled requirements from open choices: a specified AKK material or alternatives, live or inactivated direction, capsule or sachet, and possible co-ingredients.
Leave unknowns as explicit questions. A brief distinguishing essential requirements from flexible options allows more focused proposals than copying another product’s ingredient list.

Share the intended first-run quantity or demand question, packaging direction, budget range and preferred launch timing. If a date comes from a campaign, explain which elements can move.
Check which ingredients, packaging, assessments, samples and deliverables a quotation includes. Minimum quantities, cost and timing depend on the actual proposal rather than being fixed promises before specifications are agreed.
Review the formula version, customer experience, packaging and required documents together at sampling. Keep changes traceable so that the chosen sample matches the later manufacturing brief.
Before production, confirm materials, labels, quality requirements, release and delivery. A clear handover keeps the brand story, ingredient identity and finished AKK product aligned.
