Begin with how customers carry, use and store the product, then evaluate capsule, sachet and packaging options against the selected AKK preparation.
Will the product stay at home, sit at work or travel with the customer? Will it be taken directly or mixed before use? How many capsules or sachets fit the intended routine? These choices affect the design.
Capsules and sachets differ in more than appearance. Review capacity, instructions and packaging needs alongside the selected AKK preparation and complete formula.
Define the configuration per capsule, number per daily serving, bottle or individual-pack arrangement and space for instructions. Customers should be able to understand use without decoding the pack.
When adding other materials, assess whether the full formula suits the intended capsule and process. An ingredient specification does not validate every filling or storage arrangement; the actual sample still needs evaluation.

Alongside fill weight, decide whether the sachet is taken directly or prepared in a drink, then assess the relevant taste, aroma and appearance. Avoid promising unrestricted hot-water preparation before assessing the selected material and product.
For a portable concept, include pack size, opening experience, seals and carton information in sample review. Convenience needs to work in the actual routine, not only in an artwork mockup.
Check supplier storage descriptions against the selected live or inactivated grade. Ingredient documentation does not establish the shelf life of a complete blended product.
Raise packaging materials, seals, after-opening use and transport conditions early. Considering formula, format and packaging together creates a more complete brief than treating packaging as a final decorative step.
